Mission description

Functions / responsibilities: - Managing the recruitment of and selection of middle Management employees for Stores / Operations- Ensure that appointments are made timeously and in line with service level agreements- Strategically establish external supply of candidates for middle management for Stores / Operations- Liase with relevant line managers to identify competencies required into the future- Setting up a database of candidates and management of this database- Psychometric assessment of candidates- Ensure accurate and timely completion of starter packs for Payroll purposes
